EPIS NDT provides Non-Destructive testing of pressure vessels, steam tanks, process piping, storage tanks, dryers, and more. Oil and gas, Gas production plant, petro-chemo facility, EPIS NDT’s number one goal is providing our customers with quality, accurate and dependable service on-site, and off. We offer on-site non-destructive inspection services such as Remote Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, and Vacuum-Box Testing. All testing is carried out under the Codes and Regulations of ASNT, ASME and API and all other governing bodies for each specific test’s requirements. We can also provide industry specific procedures based upon your specific requirements.
We realize that to remain compliant you need to have your process and pressure vessels inspected every year. Machined parts and industrial components are complex systems which experience extreme loads, stresses, and fatigue during their effective lifetime use. Non-destructive testing provided by EIPS NDT enables the inspection of these components without compromising the equipment. We utilize industry-recognized testing procedures, including Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement, Remote Visual Inspection, Dye Penetrant Inspection, and Vacuum-Box Testing.
